Bien Dormi is committed to providing superior sleep comfort and quality to all our customers. To demonstrate our confidence in our products and to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer an extensive 100-night sleep trial on all of our mattresses.

Why We Offer a Sleep Trial:

• Investment in Your Well-being: Your sleep is an investment in your health and future. We take on the risk to guarantee that your investment is sound.
• Simplicity and Transparency: Our process is straightforward—no hidden clauses or complications. If you're not satisfied and the mattress is in perfect condition, we'll facilitate an exchange or provide a full refund. It's that simple.
  
  

All we ask:

• Adjustment Period: We recognize that your body may need time to adapt to the feel of a new mattress. Therefore, we ask that you sleep on your Bien Dormi mattress for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for proper acclimation.
• Condition of Return: In the event that you decide to return the mattress, it must be in a clean and undamaged condition, free from any marks or stains.
• Return Process: If, after the adjustment period, you find that the Bien Dormi mattress does not meet your comfort needs, please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

 

Here are the benefits included in our 100-night sleep trial:

• Full Refund: If you are not completely satisfied after the adjustment period, you are entitled to a full refund, with the only deduction being any shipping costs incurred.
• Exchange Option: If you prefer, you may exchange your mattress for a different model from our range, subject to availability.

 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the mattress must be kept in its original condition.  We recommend using a good quality mattress protector to ensure the mattress is safe from Spills or marks. We will require photographic evidence of the mattress condition.

 

Please note that this 100-night sleep trial does not cover custom-made mattresses.
